Would not use. Paid £360 for end of tenancy cleaning and they left the kitchen sink with mould around the rim. The kitchen extractor fan was not degreased or cleaned. The kitchen cupboards were left sticky. The toilet cleaner stained the toilet basins. Lampshades not dusted and the list goes on. Simple tasks which i paid a lot of money to be done to. “professional standard” were missed and not done. Really disappointing as I used them because of the good reviews and boasts of professional cleaning standards and training. I have since been charged £85 from my landlord for cleaning fees to cover what was not done by this cleaning company. The kitchen was a mess, the carpets needed serious attention, and I didn’t think anyone could sort the bathroom tiles. But they handled everything perfectly.
